1. Digital Delivery Only

Maya Ai (Windows and Android) is a 100% digital software product — no physical shipping is involved for software licenses. The Maya Ai Home Box is a physical hardware product: it is shipped by courier to the address you provide at checkout, typically within 5–10 business days across India, with free shipping. Your tracking ID and live shipping status appear on your dashboard once the order ships. Maya Ai Home Box sales are final — no returns.

2. Fulfillment Process

Upon successful completion and verification of your one-time payment, your order is fulfilled digitally — instantly when paid through our payment gateway, and within a few working hours (10 AM — 7 PM IST) when paid by direct UPI transfer, which we verify by hand. You will receive:

• An automated email containing your unique License Key.
• Instructions and a secure link to download the software executable.
• Immediate access to your online dashboard where you can manage your license and download the software at any time.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is instantaneous — typically within a few seconds to a few minutes of successful payment processing.

In rare cases of email server delays or payment gateway verification lags, delivery may take up to 24 hours maximum. If you do not receive your delivery email within 2 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting our support team.

For any delivery issues, our support team will resolve the issue within 24–48 business hours of your complaint.

4. Download Requirements

A stable internet connection is required to download the software and activate your license upon the first launch. The size of the software packages varies but is generally between 100MB and 2GB depending on the product (AI models included).
